On Tues May 4th I called IHG hotels customer support number and got transferred 3 times (once to Mexico) before finally getting someone who basically took all my information to send to the General Manager at Hotel Indigo Tuscaloosa Downtown. I gave my credit card upon check-in for "incidentals" and ended up being charged another $592 for my stay. The worst part was that I pre-paid $688 through Priceline for my 1-night stay. The front desk staff was wonderful and the hotel provided complimentary breakfast and the staff there was also very pleasant. I stayed at Hotel Indigo Tuscaloosa Downtown for 1 night on April 29th with check-out on April 30th while I was in town helping my son move out of his dorm at UA.
